Using user generated programs this liquid nitrogen supplied freezer allows for bulk cryopreservation of large numbers of vials of cells in a thermally and temporally controlled manner.

Lonza 4D Nucleofector
Nucleofection (electroporation transfection) system capable of running up to 16 samples at once.
High transfection efficiencies (50% - 90%) for human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs). The hPSCs have better survival rate (~2.5 times) compare to the cells tranfected with the Lonza 2B nucleofector.

QuantStudio5 384 Real-Time PCR system
384-well qPCR system for Taqman or SYBR based chemistry. 5-10µl reactions, Fast and Standard qPCR mixes.

Bio-Rad QX200 Droplet-digital(dd) PCR system
This is a two machine system which includes droplet generator and droplet reader.
Precision PCR reactions are packaged into droplets and using Taqman chemistry amplicon levels in each droplet can be interrogated in the droplet reader.
ddPCR allows for absolute quantification, rare mutant detection, genome editing detection, gene expression analysis

Perkin Elmer Enspire Plate Reader
Touch screen multi-well plate reader that can measure fluorescence intensity, absorbance, ultra-sensitive luminescence in up to 384-well plates. Useful for fluorescent reporter, chemiluminescent assays, ELISA, protein/nucleotide based quantitation assays

Fluidigm C1 Single cell Isolation, Lysis and Preamplification System
This is a two machine system which includes droplet generator and droplet reader.
The C1 system carefully isolates single cells into individual reaction chambers in the exclusive Fluidigm integrated fluidic circuit (IFC). The optically clear IFC lets you automatically stain captured cells and examine them by microscopy for viability, surface markers or reporter genes. Cells are then lysed, preamplified according to user selected pooled primers and a 25X stock template of preamplified single cell lysate is generated for transfer to a standard 96 well PCR plate. This stock may be used for multiple experiments including but not limited to single-cell qPCR using the Fluidigm Biomark HD.

Fluidigm Biomark HD and Chip (IFC) Controllers (RX, HX, MX)
Chip controllers are available for 48.48, 96.96, 24.192 chips.

Fluidigm BIOMARK HD
Real-Time PCR for gene expression or mRNA seq of single-cell preamplified cDNA prepared by Fluidigm C1. Gene expression panels are designed by user and purchased from Fluidigm.

LI-COR C-DIGIT Western Blot Scanner
This scanner allows the user to do direct digital capture of Chemiluminescent Western Blot membranes without need of a dark room or multiple exposures. Analysis can be done using the associated software.
