06/10/2019 Training Services Update
We now offer hands-on training to perform differentiation(s) of hPSC cultures, which include neuroectoderm, mesoendoderm/cardiac progenitors, and definitive endoderm lineages as well as characterization and quality control techniques specific to this service.
Also available: learn how to operate the Lonza 4D Nucleofector to successfully perform the process of electroporation, critical for gene editing of hPSC cultures.
The SKI Stem Cell Research Facility is a part of the Starr Foundation-funded Tri-Institutional Stem Cell Initiative that provides shared stem cell expertise and resources among Memorial Sloan Kettering, Weill-Cornell, and Rockefeller University. We stock, characterize, and distribute human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC) lines as well as perform a variety of hPSC-related applications. We continually refine and adapt the newest technologies relevant to hPSC research including genetic manipulation, directed differentiation and reprogramming to offer state-of-the-art services to the Tri-Institutional community as well as outside research communities.
